Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with job postings on various platforms and coordinate interview schedules.
    • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, onboarding and Offboarding formalities.
    • Collect and analyze employee feedback to support initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
    • Assist in preparing documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
    • Monitor training participation and collect feedback for improvement.
    • Support adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Work flexibly to collaborate with team members or stakeholders across different time zones.
    • Ensure timely communication and completion of tasks requiring cross-regional coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Flexibility to work hours overlapping with different time zones as needed.
