Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings on various platforms and coordinate interview schedules.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, onboarding and Offboarding formalities.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to support initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Monitor training participation and collect feedback for improvement.
- Support adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Work flexibly to collaborate with team members or stakeholders across different time zones.
- Ensure timely communication and completion of tasks requiring cross-regional coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Flexibility to work hours overlapping with different time zones as needed.
