Position Overview:
NucleusTeq is looking for a driven HR Manager to support its Training Enablement, Performance Management and Campus Engagement strategies. If you are a result oriented and self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teams
- Own and drive the new talent training strategy
- Work closely with the Partner Alliance team to meet the organisation’s objective of key certification program
- Ensure adherence to individual development plans
- Design and drive the campus engagement initiatives for the company
- Drive campus collaborations and early student engagement
- Engage with universities to collaborate for knowledge sharing sessions, training labs and campus placements
- Design and execute the performance management systems
- Own and execute the Performance and Talent Strategy
- Own employee performance and ensure appropriate measures to deal with non-performance
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify and ring-fence critical talent and hi-pots.
- Recommend and develop periodic review systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA (HR) or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systems
- Experience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development
- Excellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
