Job Description:

Position Overview: As an Onboarding Specialist at NucleusTeq, you will play a critical role in

ensuring the successful integration of new businesses into the Fyndr platform. You will work

closely with these businesses to understand their needs and create tailored campaigns that

effectively promote their products and services. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of

experience in onboarding, marketing, or campaign design who are looking to take their career to

the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Onboarding: Guide new businesses through the onboarding process,

ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto the Fyndr platform.

2. Campaign Design: Create and design effective marketing campaigns for new

businesses, tailored to their specific needs and goals.

3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging

content for campaigns, including copy, graphics, and multimedia elements.

4. Platform Training: Provide training and support to new businesses on how to use the

Fyndr platform and leverage its features for their campaigns.

5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of campaigns, providing regular

reports and insights to clients and making data-driven recommendations for

improvement.

6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new businesses to continuously improve the

onboarding process and campaign design services.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure

alignment and successful campaign execution.

8. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of onboarding processes, client interactions,

and campaign performance.

9. Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding

process, providing prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).

● 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, marketing, or campaign design.

● Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign design.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

● Proficiency in using marketing and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
