Basic Requirements

  • MBA is must.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Should be smart and diligent with good command of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must have exposure to complete life cycle of a contract, full time IT recruitment process, and end-to-end recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Detailed analysis of the Job Description (JD) to understand the requirement thoroughly.
  • Responsible for screening of resumes through Web Portals (preferably Naukri.com and Monster.Com), Professional and Social Networking sites.
  • Conduct phone, Zoom, and/ or in-person interviews.
  • Doing thorough checks on interest towards the opportunity, fitment against various aspects like compensation, time required to join, location, commutation etc. and calling up the potential candidates as per the requirement and need of the organization.
  • Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interviews and ensuring following up.
  • Co-coordinating with Recruitment Head / HR Manager on collecting required documents, validating the documents, background verification and Offer status etc.
  • Follow up with candidates from Pre interview till their joining to ensure the on- boarding.
  • Preparing Daily Status report, Weekly report
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.

Experience -Minimum 2 Years .
