Responsibilities
- Part of NucleusTeq Global leadership team. This key role will be responsible for ALL deliveries, Solutions, COEs servicing from our India locations
- Strong Data, Analytics, Cloud, Mobility & Automation experience is a must have in order to build high quality teams
- Promotes NucleusTeq Brand and nurtures NucleusTeq values of integrity, Compassion, customer excellence & talent first culture.
- Defines the strategy and roadmap for project services, quality management and operational excellence for NucleusTeq.
- Guides the executive leadership team and excites the broader organization to achieve worldclass quality
- Secures ISO and other (re-) certification by determining the right organizational model for quality management and by implementing mechanisms to address the most critical issues proactively throughout the entire organization.
- Hires, coaches, and develops a team of professionals, which take pride in delivering the multi-year quality roadmap jointly or projects with the business organization and is excited about being leading edge in both process and technology.
- Coordinates and directs all efforts of the organization related to Business ContinuityManagement and Risk Management.
Qualifications and Capabilities
- Masters Degree in Management or Engineering
- 10+ years of minimum experience with at least 5+ years in global delivery management.
- Strong Project & Program Management experience
- Excellent problem solving skills, Conflict resolution & people manager
- Highly collaborative with a proven track record of aligning stakeholders in difficult situations •
- Familiar and capable of introducing latest technologies, analytics, and platforms, which support the implementation of the multi-year quality roadmap and make the entire organization more productive.
- Proven ability to apply and coach a scientific approach for problem solving within and beyond the own organization.
