Looking for strong python developers with data engineering/data lake delivery experience who know Hadoop, AWS Services, SQL/Modeling skills with 5+ years of experience.
High visibility role with a great, Fortune 500 financial company.
18 month long contract role. Start 10/15/22 for 4 months first with known extensions through 2023
Candidates within 300 miles of either Buffalo, NY or Baton Rouge, LA are heavily preferred.
All must be onshore/domestic, and travel as required to the job site.
Qualifications and Technical Requirements
• Knowledge in insurance, annuities, or financial advisor systems
• Experience developing SQL
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI )
• Knowledge of Agile process methodologies
• Knowledge of big data technologies and processes at a functional level is a plus
